We exchange whatever does not satisfy you.
If an article does not meet your expectations upon first use in practice, we will exchange it problem-free as a matter of course.

Specialist advice guarantee

Only optimally trained sales consultants provide advice on our behalf. Our sales consultants undertake regular product & specialist trainings in the in-house training institute and have practical experiences in as many sports as possible. Should your sales talk not ever live up to your ideas – contrary to all expectations – then please contact the on-site manager. We guarantee the solution of your problem!

Offer guarantee

The stock lasts as long as the offer is valid. We stand by our offers.
Should an offer be sold out, we will provide supplies. Or we will offer you an at least equivalent article at a favourable offer price.
